*ari*/sig Brandy -Blue Cheese Spread

• 150 grams blue cheese to your liking
• 100 grams cream cheese
• 1 -2 teaspoon brandy
• 1 tsp finely chopped fresh chive
• 4 fresh dates,pitted and sliced very thinly

1. Beat the cheeses, the brandy and chives together until very smooth
2. Pipe mixture onto round crackers or ryebread , top with slivers of the dates.
3. Will keep in fridge for up to 3 days
