Healthy Fruity Slaw
- 1 cup apple, slices (green and red work best)
- 2 cups of pre-shredded coleslaw mix
- 12 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- slice the apples into match sticks and add it to the shredded coleslaw mix.
- stir in the Greek yogurt and Splenda.
- add water until it is the consistency you like.
