Champagne Cobbler
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 lemon wheel
- 2 strawberries, halved
- 5 ounces Champagne
- Pour syrup into wine glass, then gently muddle lemon wheel and one strawberry in bottom.
- Fill glass halfway with crushed ice and add Champagne.
- Top off with more crushed ice and garnish with strawberry half.
