Champagne Cobbler

• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 1 lemon wheel
• 2 strawberries, halved
• 5 ounces Champagne

1. Pour syrup into wine glass, then gently muddle lemon wheel and one strawberry in bottom.
2. Fill glass halfway with crushed ice and add Champagne.
3. Top off with more crushed ice and garnish with strawberry half.
4. Fill glass halfway with crushed ice and add Champagne.
