Sesame Oil and Mustard Marinade

• 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon orange juice

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Rub into your meat/fish/tofu and leave to marinade.
