Chocolate Fudge
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 23 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 18 teaspoon salt
- Combine ingredients in sauce pan until sugar is dissolved.
- Cook at boiling point until soft ball will form in cold water.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter and salt.
- Cool to lukewarm.
- Beat until creamy.
- Pour onto buttered platter.
- Cut when cool.
