Cheesy BBQ Chicken Wraps
- 1 lb. (450 g) small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 green peppers, cut into wedges
- 1 onion, sliced, separated into rings
- 1/2 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas (9 inch)
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- Preheat greased barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill chicken 6 to 7 min.
- on each side and grill vegetables 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, brushing frequently with the barbecue sauce.
- Cut chicken and vegetables into thin strips; spoon evenly onto tortillas.
- Top with cheese; roll up.
