Sun Dried Tomato, Swiss & Mushroom Cheeseburgers
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 4 KRAFT Slim Cut Swiss Cheese Slices
- 4 sourdough sandwich rolls, split
- Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Heat 3 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet.
- Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Cook patties in same skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until done (160F).
- Top with mushrooms and cheese; cover.
- Cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Brush cut sides of rolls with remaining dressing; fill rolls with cheeseburgers.
