Sun Dried Tomato, Swiss & Mushroom Cheeseburgers

  1. Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Heat 3 Tbsp.
  3. dressing in large skillet.
  4. Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min.
  5. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  7. Cook patties in same skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
  8. on each side or until done (160F).
  9. Top with mushrooms and cheese; cover.
  10. Cook 1 to 2 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted.
  12. Brush cut sides of rolls with remaining dressing; fill rolls with cheeseburgers.
