Clam Dip Recipe
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1 8oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 10oz can Geisha whole baby clams, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 3 T water
- Heat soup over medium heat with gelatine, add 3 T water, cool
- Cream cheese with mayonnaise
- Add cool soup mixture to cream cheese
- Add clams (squeeze out the water), celery and green onions
- Place clam dip in a mold or glass dish and chill overnight
