Potato Tortillas

• 4 medium sized potatoes
• 1 (1 1/8 ounce) packagecheesy taco seasoning mix
• 12 cup cheese, of choice
• 4 tortillas

1. Boil potatoes until done, drain the water, and mash the potatoes together with the seasoning mix.
2. Spread the potatoes over the tortillas with the cheese.
3. Enjoy!
