My Mum's Banana Cake

• 1 cup sugar
• 14 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 3 mashed bananas
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 12 cups self raising flour

1. Beat butter and sugar till creamed.
2. Add eggs and mashed bananas.
3. Mix bicarb soda and milk - add to mixture.
4. Add flour.
5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake at 190 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
