Mounds

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar.
  2. Spread in the bottom oa a 9x13-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven (leave oven on) and let cool.
  5. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, heat coconut and sweetened condensed milk for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. (Do not let scorch; turn down heat if neccessary).
  7. Spread over graham cracker crust.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips.
  9. Place in hot oven and turn off heat.
  10. Let sit in oven for 5 minutes or until chocolate chips are melted.
  11. Remove from oven and spread chocolate chips into a smooth layer.
  12. Let cool, and place in fridge to set up.
  13. Cut into bars & serve.
  14. Store leftovers in fridge.
