Easy Oven-Baked Chicken Parmesan
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 3/4 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) baby spinach leaves
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce, divided
- 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Add oregano to coating mix in shaker bag; use to coat chicken as directed on package.
- Place in 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F).
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding spinach to the boiling water the last minute.
- Top chicken with 1/2 cup sauce and cheeses; bake 3 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
- Drain pasta mixture; return to pan.
- Add remaining sauce; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve topped with chicken.
