Pastel Marble Cupcakes
- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix or cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- HEAT oven to 350F.
- PREPARE cake mix as directed on package.
- Divide batter in half.
- Stir gelatin into half of the batter.
- Alternately spoon batter into 24 greased or paper-lined muffin pans, filling each cup 1/2 full.
- Swirl with knife to marbleize.
- Bake as directed on package.
- Cool completely.
- FROST with whipped topping.
- Makes 24 cupcakes.
