Grilled Citrus and Pomegranate Chicken With Almonds
- 4 chicken breasts
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 14 cup honey
- 13 cup pomegranate juice
- 12 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 12 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 cup almonds
- lemon slice
- Mix lemon, pomegranate, orange, and lime juice with olive oil, honey, and rosemary.
- Add chicken breasts and let marinate overnight.
- Toast almonds at 350 for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Fire up grill.
- Each breast should take 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- When finished, top with almonds and lemon slices.
