Tomato and Egg Salad
- 1 large Tomato (cut in to 2 cm cubes)
- 1 Boiled egg (chopped roughly)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped roughly)
- 2 tbsp A) Yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 10 Basil leaves (shiso leaves or parsley)
- Leave the onion in salt water and massage to remove the bite.
- Drain and dry well.
- Mix the A ingredients in a bowl, add the tomato, egg and onion and mix.
- Add hand shredded basil, mix together and it's done.
