Banana-Coconut Rolls

  1. Start heating oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Grease 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut bananas into halves, crosswise; place in dish.
  4. Brush well with butter, then lemon juice; sprinkle with coconut.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 min., or until easily pierced with fork.
  6. Serve warm, with cream or Orange Sauce.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
