Bayou Sam's Counter Seasoning

• 23 cup black lava sea salt, medium ground
• 14 cup black pepper, fine ground
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, fine ground
• 14 cup garlic powder

1. Mix all well, seal in seasoning shaker and keep by your stovetop.
