Orange-Sesame Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Put chicken and cornstarch in ziptop bag.
  4. Seal; shake to coat.
  5. Heat 2 tsp.
  6. oil in same skillet.
  7. Add chicken; stir fry 5 minutes until opaque in center.
  8. Remove to serving plate.
  9. Heat remaining oil in skillet.
  10. Add bok choy stalks and peppers.
  11. Stir fry 5 minutes until almost crisp-tender.
  12. Add bok choy leaves; stir fry 2 minutes.
  13. Mix remaining ingredients.
  14. Stir into skillet.
  15. Add chicken; stir until simmering.
  16. Place on serving plate; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  17. Serves 4.
