Cream Filled Chocolate Cookies
- 1 1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/4 stick Butter
- 1 large Egg, room temp.
- 1 Butter frosting
- 1 Vanilla cream
- 1 Whipping cream
- 1 Marshmallow frosting
- 1 Or any other filling u think might work with this... Be as creative as u can be :)
- Preheat 375F
- In a bowl sift together all dry ingredients.
- Mix and set aside
- Cream sugar and butter together until light fluffy about 2 mins
- Add the egg, beat and combine.
- On low speed gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and continue beating until forms a dough
- Line baking trays with parchment paper and scoop spoonfuls of dough on there
- Place in the oven and bake for about 10-12 mins
- When baked, leave to cool completely
- Get your filling and add in 1 tsp depending on cookie size
- Sandwich together the cookies
- You can choose to decorate this and serve it however u like
- I used strawberry as topping but u can use what ever u want :)
