Il Sorpasso
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 1 ounce Makers Mark bourbon
- 3/4 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 ounces club soda
- 1 slice orange, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Aperol, bourbon, honey, lemon juice and sugar.
- Shake well.
- Fill a rocks glass with ice, and pour in contents of the shaker.
- Top with club soda, and garnish with orange slice.
