Barbecued Baked Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 pork chops (1 1/2 lbs.), fat cut
- 1/3 c. finely diced celery
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- Brown chops in fat.
- Place into shallow greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, lemon juice and seasonings.
- Pour on tomato sauce and water over chops.
- Cover baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs, or possibly till tender.
