Sauteed Crawfish In Tomatoes With Fresh Dill And Honey Recipe
- 1 pound diced tomatoes
- 1 med. onion
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 c. water
- 1 ounce. fresh dill
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Saute/fry the onions and tomatoes in the oil for 5 min.
- Add in minced garlic, saute/fry for 5 min together.
- Add in water and cover.
- Cook for approximately 15 min on low heat.
- Turn off the fire.
- Add in the fresh dill; mix it with the tomatoes already in the pot and cover.
- Saute/fry in a separate skillet, the crawfish tails, a little extra virgin olive oil, honey and salt for 4 min.
- Mix the tomatoes and crawfish together.
- Garnish with fresh dill.
- Can be served on rice, pasta or possibly salad.
- Warm or possibly cool.
