Almond Chicken Dijon

  1. Combine dressing and mustard until well blended.
  2. Spray 2 full steam table pans (or 1/3 steam table pan for trial recipe) with cooking spray.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Spread evenly with the dressing mixture, using about 1 Tbsp.
  5. of the dressing mixture for each chicken breast.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with almonds.
  7. Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170F).
