Almond Chicken Dijon
- 1-1/2 cups MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 48 each boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
- 3 cups coarsely chopped almonds
- Combine dressing and mustard until well blended.
- Spray 2 full steam table pans (or 1/3 steam table pan for trial recipe) with cooking spray.
- Add chicken.
- Spread evenly with the dressing mixture, using about 1 Tbsp.
- of the dressing mixture for each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle evenly with almonds.
- Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170F).
