Ray's Mini Cherry Pies

• 1 box ready made pie crust
• 1 can cherry pie filling
• 1 Cooking spray
• 1 cupcake pan tin

1. preheat oven to 425
2. roll out crust with a little flour I used a small round measuring cup & cut a round circle to fit in cup cake tin.
3. Fill with a spoonfull of cherry pie filling, make strips or decorate as you like for topping.
4. spray lightly with cooking spray to tops bake 15-17 minutes
5. garnish with powder sugar if desired
