Hot Dog! Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Wieners
- 2/3 cup grape jelly
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- Beat egg with milk and oil in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add pancake mix; beat until well blended.
- Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into large skillet, making 10 large pancakes by spreading batter with spatula until each pancake is about 5 inches in diameter.
- Cook until bubbles form on top, then turn over to brown other sides.
- Heat wieners as directed on package.
- Mix jelly and peanut butter.
- Spread about 2 Tbsp.
- of the jelly mixture onto each pancake; top with wiener.
- Roll up.
- Serve warm.
