No-Cook Raspberry Jam - CERTO Liquid

  1. Crush raspberries, one layer at a time.
  2. Sieve half the pulp to remove seeds, if desired.
  3. Measure exactly 2 cups prepared raspberries into large bowl.
  4. Add sugar; mix well.
  5. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Add pectin and lemon juice; stir 3 min.
  7. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
  8. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  9. Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims.
  10. Cover with lids.
  11. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
  12. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
