Easy Herb Biscuits Recipe
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1 tbsp. freeze dry chives
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
- 3/4 c. plain yogurt
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened.
- Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly 4-5 times.
- Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with a 2 inch cutter.
- Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 8 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Yield: 1 dozen.
