BULL'S-EYE Memphis Style Drunken-Hog BBQ Ribs

  1. Place ribs on large sheet heavy-duty foil.
  2. Mix sugar and bourbon; spread over ribs.
  3. Wrap ribs in foil.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Heat charcoal grill to medium heat.
  6. Arrange coals evenly on each side of charcoal grate.
  7. Place wrapped ribs in center of grate; cover with lid.
  8. Grill ribs 2 hours.
  9. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
  10. Place ribs, meat-sides down, on grill.
  11. Brush with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
  12. Grill 10 min., turning after 5 min.
  13. and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce.
