Tomato, Basil And Balsamic Glaze Bruschetta

• 5 Plum tomatoes finely chopped
• 1/2 Red onion finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Capers
• 1/4 cup Chopped basil
• 4 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
• 1 Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 loaf French bread sliced thinly and put under the broiler for a few min
• 2 clove Garlic chopped finely or crushed

1. Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours.
2. Serve with the toasted French bread rounds.
