Sugared Strawberries
- 1 pint flavorful fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons natural granulated sugar, or to taste
- Combine the strawberries with the sugar in a serving container.
- Let the mixture stand for about 30 minutes before serving (if you are planning to let them stand any longer than that, cover and refrigerate).
- Serve in small dessert bowls or as suggested above.
