Mother Kossmans Buns

  1. Add lard, sugar and salt to boiling water.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  4. Add to sugar mixture.
  5. Make a well and stir water mixture into flour.
  6. Knead.
  7. Make into balls and let rise 3 hours in warm place.
  8. Nake in moderate oven
  9. I'm guessing 20 minutes or until browned.
