Muffin Pan Corn Dogs (kid friendly)

• 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
• 1/2 cup self rising flour (i do this from keeping ot from being so sweet)
• 1 milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp veggie oil (reviewer suggestion)
• 4 hot dogs (cut onto 3rds; 12 peices)

1. mix corn bread according to directions on box.
2. add an additional dash of milk because of the extra flour.
3. spray muffin pan with non-stick spray or oil the pan
4. pour each cup half full (should make 12.
5. put hotdog in center of cup and just give gentle pressure to sink a little.
6. bake according to directions on Jiffy box.
7. * this is a great recipe for kids to eat and help make.
