Strawberry Charlotte

  1. Add hot water to gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Place strawberries and yogurt in blender; cover.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add to gelatin; stir until well blended.
  6. Portion 1-1/4 cups of the gelatin mixture into each of 12 (12-oz.)
  7. plastic portion cups.
  8. Garnish each with 1 Tbsp.
  9. whipped topping and 3 cookies.
  10. Cover with tops of cups.
  11. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
