Dijon and Chive Sour Cream
- 2 qt. sour cream
- 1 qt. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustardor Country Dijon mustard
- 2 cups fresh chives, minced
- - salt and pepper
- Mix sour cream, mustard and chives with wire whisk until well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve as a dip for vegetable crudites or breaded appetizers.
