Italian Easter Pie
- 5 lbs monterey jack cheese, cut in small cubes
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 3 -5 lbs ham, chopped
- 1 Italian sausage, baked and chopped
- 16 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1 cup romano cheese
- 9 raw eggs
- 34 cup ham stock
- 12 cup finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- Mix all ingrediates together.
- Place filling in pie shell, Top with another crust.
- Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
