Cabbage With Caraway Recipe
- 9/10 kg savoy cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 40 gm butter
- 1 clv garlic crushed
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
- 1 x salt and pepper
- Shred the cabbage.
- Heat the oil and butter in a large pan add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the cabbage and cook gently covered for 15 min stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the caraway seeds and cook for 5 min.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
- Serves 6
