Shrimp & Talapia Seafood soup
- 3 Tilapia fillets cubed
- 1/2 lb Cleaned & deveined large shrimp
- 1 packages imitation crab meat cubed
- 1 can Large whole tomatoes
- 4 cup Water
- 3 tsp Or to taste chicken bullion
- 1 Old bay seasoning
- 1 Garlic salt
- 1 Oregano
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Dried parsley flakes
- 1 large cubed onion
- 1 Seeded and diced Anaheim chili
- 4 clove Whole garlic
- 1 bunch Chopped cilantro
- 3 Diced potatoes
- 2 Diced carrots
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 pinch Crushed bay leaves
- Now add in your potatoes, tomatoes, chili, carrots water as desired and chicken billion.
- Taste for seasoning I added plenty more to my taste.
- Cover and bring to a boil for about 20 minutes or so till potatoes are tender.
- Start by heating a large pot with oil, add your chopped onion whole peeled 4 cloves of garlic, seasonings old bay,garlic,oregano , bay leaves to taste I used about a teaspoon of each, except for bay leaves.
- Cook till onions are translucent.
- Now add in your seafood, and cilantro cook about 7 minutes or so till seafood is done.
- Optional slice of lemon and hot sauce
