Blueberry and Cherry Trifles-Individual
- 1 1/4 cups cherries pitted and chopped
- 1 1/4 cups blueberries fresh or frozen, thawed and well drained
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 16 each lady fingers
- 16 tablespoons greek yogurt low-fat and vanilla
- Combine cherries, blueberries and brown sugar.
- Layer 2 ladyfingers, about 1/4 cup fruit mixture and 2 tablespoons yogurt in each 4 serving glasses.
- Repeat with another layer of each.
- Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours, or up to 1 day.
- Just before serving, top with toasted sliced almonds.
