Lean Sauce for Grilled Foods
- 1 cup sherry wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup hot paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns, slightly crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf whole
- Salt to taste
- In a jar combine all of the ingredients.
- Use to sauce roasted, grilled or broiled meats and poultry.
- This is strong so use sparingly.
