Easy Chicken Thighs Simmered in Meat Sauce

  1. Fry the chicken on high heat until browned on both sides.
  2. Remove the chicken from the pan.
  3. Add the canned meat sauce, one can worth of water, and the bay leaves.
  4. Once the sauce starts to thicken, reduce the heat to low and simmer until it's reduced by one-third.
  5. The sauce is not only great with rice, but it goes with bread, pasta, or as a pizza topping.
  6. One COOKPAD user even said it was great with omu-rice.
