Peaches and Brandy Pudding
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) mango-flavoured peach slices, drained
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) pear halves in light syrup, drained
- 3 Tbsp. Brandy
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Gently stir fruit and brandy.
- Pour fruit into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Beat butter and granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Blend in eggs.
- Stir in flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended.
- Pour batter over fruit.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake 30 min.
- Serve warm.
