Peaches and Brandy Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Gently stir fruit and brandy.
  3. Pour fruit into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Beat butter and granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  5. Blend in eggs.
  6. Stir in flour and baking powder.
  7. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended.
  8. Pour batter over fruit.
  9. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. Serve warm.
