Pumpkin Cake (Grandma's Version)
- 1 cup all-purpose white flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 12 cups canned pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 34 cup canola oil (wesson) or 34 cup vegetable oil (wesson)
- Mix first eight ingredients together.
- Add last three ingredients.
- Put mixture in a flutted tube pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
