Stuffed Burgers #5FIX

  1. saute garlic and mushrooms till soft mix in potatoes and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Make hamburger paddies 1/4 thick about 8 take four and make a hollowed center till 1/2 of edge.
  3. Add potatoes mix and slice of cheese cover with un hollowed paddy press edges to seal paddies.
  4. Either cook on grill or oven pan to desired doness.Can be served on bum or as a stand alone with other sides.
  5. These are so filling and can be frozen and reheated later for a quick meal.
