Spinach Rice

  1. Drain thawed spinach, and squeeze out excess water (I use kitchen towels for this).
  2. Combine spinach and the remaining ingredients except butter; mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greased 1 quart casserole; dot with butter.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes, until well heated.
