Curried Chicken Kabobs

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  3. Mix dressing and curry powder until blended; pour half over skewers, turning skewers to coat.
  4. Refrigerate 10 min.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package, omitting salt and adding remaining dressing mixture to rice before cooking.
  6. Stir in peas and raisins; keep warm.
  7. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
  10. Serve with rice.
