Curried Chicken Kabobs
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 cup sliced snow peas
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Mix dressing and curry powder until blended; pour half over skewers, turning skewers to coat.
- Refrigerate 10 min.
- Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package, omitting salt and adding remaining dressing mixture to rice before cooking.
- Stir in peas and raisins; keep warm.
- Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min.
- or until chicken is done, turning occasionally.
- Serve with rice.
