Sloppy Joes
- 2 pounds Ground Sirloin
- 1/2 cups Diced Carrot
- 1/2 cups Diced Sweet Red Pepper
- 1/2 cups Diced Sweet Yellow Pepper
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- 1 jar (13.5 Oz. Size) Organicville Original BBQ Sauce
- 4 whole Udi Gluten-Free Hamburger Buns
- In large skillet, place ground sirloin, carrot, pepper, and celery; brown meat.
- Drain fat, add in onion, Lawrys, and BBQ sauce.
- Turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Put on buns and enjoy.
