Bentons's Sauce A Variation On The Traditional Horserad Recipe

• 2 Tbsp. Fresh grated horseradish
• 2 tsp Mustard English
• 2 tsp Caster sugar
• 4 fl ounce Malt vinegar

1. Place everything except vinegar into a bowl, stir well and gradually add in the malt vinegar.
