Jrs Creamy Christmas Brew (Aka Homemade) Irish Cream

• 1 cup scotch
• 24 ounces half-and-half cream
• 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
• 1 egg, beaten
• 14 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

1. Beat the egg, then mix all together thoroughly.
2. Taste and tweak as necessary (we usually go a little heavy on the scotch, coffee & syrup).
3. Pour into clean brown glass bottles and store in the refrigerator.
4. Shake bottles every other day.
5. Tastes better after "aging" 2 weeks but is also great consumed right away.
6. Feel free to use the cheap scotch as the price you pay has NO effect on the flavor.
