Jrs Creamy Christmas Brew (Aka Homemade) Irish Cream
- 1 cup scotch
- 24 ounces half-and-half cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 14 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- Beat the egg, then mix all together thoroughly.
- Taste and tweak as necessary (we usually go a little heavy on the scotch, coffee & syrup).
- Pour into clean brown glass bottles and store in the refrigerator.
- Shake bottles every other day.
- Tastes better after "aging" 2 weeks but is also great consumed right away.
- Feel free to use the cheap scotch as the price you pay has NO effect on the flavor.
