Microwave Chocolate Cake for Two

  1. Coat a small microwave safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Stir in wet ingedients until smooth.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into prepared bowl and microwave on high for two minutes (using an 1100 watt oven, adjust accordingly).
  6. Remove from oven, cut in half and serve.
  7. (Dust with powdered sugar if desired).
