Apricot Nectar Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water.
  2. Stir in 2-1/2 c. apricot nectar.
  3. Sprinkle 1-1/2 c. miniature marshmallows over top of gelatin mix in a 9x13 pan or possibly dish.
  4. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly till set.
  5. For topping, combine sugar, salt, flour and egg in a medium saucepan.
  6. Add in 1 c. apricot nectar.
  7. Cook over medium heat to thicken, stirring constantly.
  8. Cold 20 min.
  9. Add in Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream.
  10. Spread over gelatin mix and sprinkle with nuts.
  11. Yield: 12 servings.
